Rauhaus Garners Graphis Gold 
A poster designed by Kevin Rau, proprietor
of rauhaus design, and University of Wisconsin
Oshkosh adjunct faculty, has won a Gold Award from Graphis.
The poster was originally designed for a poster contest celebrating the 50th anniversary of the typeface Helvetica, where it was voted into the semi-finals. In claiming the Graphis award, rauhaus is counted among the ranks of well-known design firms such as Pentagram, Milton Glaser Inc., Pirtle Design, Ogilvy and Mather, and many others, The poster will be reprinted in the upcoming Graphis Poster Annual '08/'09.
First published in 1944, Graphis is one of the design industry's most respected publications, and is
recognized globally as a visual archive of the most significant and influential communication design being done today.
